I am a leadership coach based in Bangalore. I work with leaders and their teams in transition, from the role they hold to the one they are stepping into. I also work with those who want to change the way they work, whether or not the role changes.
I came to coaching from 25 years of operating at scale. Flipkart-Ekart, Bharti Airtel, Cadbury, Tata DOCOMO, Vahan Technologies. FMCG, telecom, marketplace, logistics. Boards, P&Ls, distribution networks, teams in the hundreds.
Over those years, I came to see something that wouldn't leave me. The pattern I kept noticing wasn't really about strategy. It wasn't about talent. It was something upstream: how the thinking itself was happening. Leaders who couldn't finish a sentence before someone interrupted with a solution. Rooms where the most junior person never spoke because the most senior one always had the answer ready. Cultures where speed was so prized that nobody stopped long enough to ask the right question.
That tension is what brought me to coaching. The operator sharpens the system. The coach shifts the thinking that runs the system. The work I do today is the same work I always did, at a different level.
I coach 1:1, in small groups and through workshops.
I have been building this practice deliberately since late 2025. Paying clients and pro bono work side by side. I completed my ICF Level 1 coach training through Abhyudaya Global Coach Academy, an ICF-accredited provider. My ICF ACC credential is in progress; 80 of the required 100 hours logged. The credentials are honest. The practice grows one conversation at a time.
That's the background. If you'd like to talk, the discovery call is just a conversation. It doesn't have to lead to an engagement. Some of the ones I've valued most were simply someone thinking out loud with a person who'd stood somewhere similar.
