We use your information to: schedule and conduct discovery calls and coaching sessions; respond to your enquiries; send communications related to engagements you have signed up for; maintain and improve the website; meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Non-converting enquiries: retained up to 24 months. Active client records: retained for the engagement duration plus seven years.
